Together, we'll transform your health and create long-lasting changes, either online via Zoom/Teams or in-person if you're local to Budapest.
Before we meet, I'll direct you to a form to fill out which gives me some basic information, including an insight into your health history.
We'll discuss your health concerns and goals. I'll create your personal holistic health plan. then we'll meet again to go through it together. Finally, we'll book in a quick follow up for a few weeks later to check in and see how you're doing!

Additional Consultations
A 30-minute follow-up consultation is included in your Personal Healing Plan, free of charge.
If you wish to continue your health journey beyond the scope of your Healing Plan, we can arrange for further consultations.
You may have other health concerns beyond what we've addressed in your Personal Healing Plan, or you may want to continue making improvements to your health under the care of a professional.
You can book single consultations, or you may be interested in a Personal Health Coaching subscription.

If you're looking for an ongoing collaboration to make constant improvements to your health over time, then I offer my services as a Personal Health Coach.
Beginning with a full health analysis, then followed by regular check-ups and all the support you could ever need. This includes being able to call and message me around the clock for information and advice.
This kind of on-call service is at a price to be negotiated and availability is highly limited. Book in a discovery call to find out more.
